We had a lovely few days at Mark's house. The location was great, and we loved the sea view. A few steps away from the front, and only a short walk to the attractions. The park out the front was noisy during the day, but that didn't bother us. Also, it was great to have the lovely Sea You restaurant next door. The house was very clean and spacious and came equipped with everything you could need, we particularly enjoyed watching films on the large tv with surround sound. The extra touches were appreciated, plenty of toilet rolls and cleaning products (things that have been lacking in other places we've stayed), milk, prosecco, coffee and biscuits. Mark was very helpful and responsive. One of best places we've stayed, would highly recommend.

Very nice house

A beautiful house I would happily recommend. Nice decor and furnishings, comfy beds, and lots of space to relax in and spread out. Well situated very close to the beach and local amenities, including amusement arcades and shops. Only a mile to the town centre, with a variety of independent and chain stores.
Mark was a great host, very proactive with information, and I'm confident that had we had any issues, he would have responded promptly, but our stay went very smoothly due to his preparation and clear communication. Also, the kitchen cupboards are well stocked with tea, coffee, condiments etc, and Mark kindly left us fresh milk and prosecco in the fridge, which were both very welcome. 5 stars

Absolutely loved this house! It’s directly overlooking the sea & as the tide doesn’t go very far out you can hear the sound of the waves from the house which was so soothing to fall asleep to. The balcony is a real sun trap in the morning & I loved spending time out there looking out to sea & watching the ships. It was great to have secure parking behind a gate, & actually the area as a whole felt very safe & friendly. Walked in to town one day which isn’t too far, took a walk in the opposite direction on another day through the nature reserve & to a lovely viewpoint where you can watch the big container ships come in. It was my first time in Felixstowe but definitely won’t be my last as I loved the place. I would recommend this air bnb as it is spacious, has amazing views, is very well appointed with good tech & WiFi, has a well equipped kitchen & is great to just park the car & relax as everything is in walkable distance. I will definitely be back! PS: thanks for the lovely Prosecco!

this was a great place for me and my family to use as our base for two weeks while visiting Felixstowe. The property has great amenities and has a lovely seafront location. I hope to stay here again someday.

Mark was a very responsive host and replied quickly to any queries we had. The property is in a fantastic location just a few metres from beach and a short walk into Folkestone town. The property is equipped to a high standard and has everything you could need for an enjoyable break.

The location is unbeatable! We felt at home right away and although we were only there a few days we felt so rested and relaxed.

Mark is definably a Super Host. The house was clean, tidy and well furnished, and felt like a home away from home, with some thoughtful treats provided too. Off-road secure parking was a big Plus, though the whole area outside is pleasant and safe anyway. Easy access to the promenade, beach and nearby services. Mark's house has all the modern high tech electrical conveniences, and particularly because there was only two of us in a home that sleeps six, it was pleasantly spacious.

We've had a great bank holiday weekend At Sea You View. Mark was really great at communicating and very helpful and the house has everything you would ever need. Right on the beach front with a playground outside, it was perfect for the kids.

Beautiful home, right by the beach, kids loved the park directly opposite. The house was my favourite part. Falling asleep listening to the ocean. I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we definitely shall. Thankyou

The place is lovely and right on the beach-front so well placed to access local attractions, but the summer crowds were out in force only a few metres from the front of the property, late into the evening too, so it was noisier than expected.
Parking and access were easy, and the property is very well appointed, beautifully clean and has great amenities.

Sea you view is a wonderful vacation home. The decor is cheery and modern, with comfortable beds and everything you could ask for. We loved the views of the water and the cafe and park situated just outside the front door. Thank you to Mark for your thoughtful hosting. We definitely recommend Sea You View. It is a gem!

I stayed here earlier this month for 3 nights with my husband and 80 year old parents and it was perfect. We chose it mainly for the location, view and 2 bathrooms but it offered so much more in terms of comfort and amenities, there was everything we could have wanted or needed and the kitchen was fully equipped with tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets etc so no need to bring your own.
The view was spectacular from the lounge and front bedrooms, great for watching the ferries and container ships. Plenty to do nearby without using the car, the cafe across the road was great for my mum and dad to visit and then have a short walk on the front without too much trouble now that they are not so mobile.
Lastly, Mark was a great, kind and considerate host. On arrival we found some very thoughtful treats including butter, milk, prosecco, all vegan. Mark had obviously noted this when I checked in advance if the bedding contained feathers, it didn't.

This is a great house in a perfect location. We stayed here as a family and there is a lovely little park outside and beautiful views of the sea. The house itself is well equipped and lovely sized bedrooms, especially the loft room! Mark is a great host. Very responsive.

Amazing location, right on the beach and with a huge play park for the kids right outside! The house is lovely, and just perfect for our weekend away. You Sea View was an amazing property, it had everything we could possibly think we needed and more!! Fantastic location, amazing views and perfect for our 3 generation family of 6. Parking and Garden were wonderful bonuses and the kitchen had everything we needed for a weeks break and so much more.
Mark has really made this a home from home, he has fantastic communication and is very friendly and polite.
We didn't want the holiday to end and will definitely be back.

Absolutely Perfect! Spotlessly clean and fresh. Spacious and light yet so cosy. Fantastic views. Timed mood lighting/electric blinds/heating. Equiped to the highest standard. We needn't have brought anything with us as everything we could possibly have needed was provided. Mark is definitely a super host! Fresh milk/biscuits and prosecco such a thoughtful extra touch and so much appreciated. Perfect location. Out of the way enough to be peaceful yet a few steps away from a lovely cafe for breakfast and only a 5min walk to the left along the prom for a huge choice of bars and restaurants. In walking distance to the right you have Languard Fort and nature reserve. Something for everyone and for two middle aged women travelling alone, it felt so safe and secure. Honestly can't fault anything! I have stayed in a lot of Arbnb and this one tops the lot! We had the most wonderful girls weekend, enjoyed every minute, didn't want to leave and would love to return. Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need and more. Great location with the children’s play area on the doorstep and the Beach, we also walked through the nature reserve to the viewing point cafe for the container port and also the other way along the sea front to the amusements, beach shops and food places!!
The house itself is beautiful and clearly had a lot of time put into it, amazing view and balcony in top bedroom and we found it really peaceful!
