Great location very close to the beach, good facilities in the house, good communications from the owner.

This was truly a “home from home” with absolutely everything , and I do mean everything, catered for. Unbelievably well stocked kitchen, every little thing you needed was there, from salt n pepper to pots pans and implements. Coffee maker, air fryer, microwave… the lot.
WiFi, TV, Steaming Channels soundbar and entertainment system.
And that Location…. Wow 🤩 literally yards from the beach, and local amenities.
In short, would we stay again……
In a heartbeat….
In fact we are already starting planning for next year.
Finally, and definitely not last but least, Mark is undoubtedly a “Superhost”, very responsive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
A real pleasure, a home from home, and an experience definitely to be repeated.

Absolutely Perfect! Spotlessly clean and fresh. Spacious and light yet so cosy. Fantastic views. Timed mood lighting/electric blinds/heating. Equiped to the highest standard. We needn't have brought anything with us as everything we could possibly have needed was provided. Mark is definitely a super host! Fresh milk/biscuits and prosecco such a thoughtful extra touch and so much appreciated. Perfect location. Out of the way enough to be peaceful yet a few steps away from a lovely cafe for breakfast and only a 5min walk to the left along the prom for a huge choice of bars and restaurants. In walking distance to the right you have Languard Fort and nature reserve. Something for everyone and for two middle aged women travelling alone, it felt so safe and secure. Honestly can't fault anything! I have stayed in a lot of Arbnb and this one tops the lot! We had the most wonderful girls weekend, enjoyed every minute, didn't want to leave and would love to return. Thank you so much Mark!

The kids play area directly outside, gave our children plenty of entertainment while us grown us prepared lunch. The house is clean and cozy. We could absolutely come again and recommend to friends. I'm so pleased that I found Mark's place as my daughter & I had a lovely stay.
The house itself has absolutely everything you'd need, the location is fantastic, right opposite the beach and Mark was very helpful.
I'd asked whether we could check out later as my daughter with ADHD/Autism really struggles to get up in the morning & Mark was super understanding & helpful.
I really just wanted to stay longer so I could do more reading whilst listening to the waves!

A beautiful house I would happily recommend. Nice decor and furnishings, comfy beds, and lots of space to relax in and spread out. Well situated very close to the beach and local amenities, including amusement arcades and shops. Only a mile to the town centre, with a variety of independent and chain stores.
Mark was a great host, very proactive with information, and I'm confident that had we had any issues, he would have responded promptly, but our stay went very smoothly due to his preparation and clear communication. Also, the kitchen cupboards are well stocked with tea, coffee, condiments etc, and Mark kindly left us fresh milk and prosecco in the fridge, which were both very welcome. 5 stars

Thoroughly recommend Mark’s place.
The location is spot on, surreal views, peace and tranquility, with great walks.
The home is of the highest decorative order, full of Mark’s mod cons, a Sonos system, Dyson Air Purifier and digital gas boiler heating controls.
The home is named after the Sea You restaurant, which it overlooks.

Sea you view is a wonderful vacation home. The decor is cheery and modern, with comfortable beds and everything you could ask for. We loved the views of the water and the cafe and park situated just outside the front door. Thank you to Mark for your thoughtful hosting. We definitely recommend Sea You View. It is a gem!

We've had a great bank holiday weekend At Sea You View. Mark was really great at communicating and very helpful and the house has everything you would ever need. Right on the beach front with a playground outside, it was perfect for the kids.

this was a great place for me and my family to use as our base for two weeks while visiting Felixstowe. The property has great amenities and has a lovely seafront location. I hope to stay here again someday.

I was so happy when I was able to book again for my self and my family in December and yet again mark did not disappoint.

Mark is definably a Super Host. The house was clean, tidy and well furnished, and felt like a home away from home, with some thoughtful treats provided too. Off-road secure parking was a big Plus, though the whole area outside is pleasant and safe anyway. Easy access to the promenade, beach and nearby services. Mark's house has all the modern high tech electrical conveniences, and particularly because there was only two of us in a home that sleeps six, it was pleasantly spacious.
