A beautiful 3 storey townhouse in Felixstowe. We stayed for 3 days and it was fantastic. Beautiful decor and amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was immaculate. In a brilliant location, near enough to the centre of Felixstowe but just far enough from the centre to be peaceful. Mark was a brilliant host and very easy to contact. The little treats he left were so thoughtful.
Felixstowe was gorgeous - lots to do and looking amazing in the sunshine.
I would definitely recommend - 5 stars from me.

The house itself has absolutely everything you'd need, the location is fantastic, right opposite the beach and Mark was very helpful.
I'd asked whether we could check out later as my daughter with ADHD/Autism really struggles to get up in the morning & Mark was super understanding & helpful.
I really just wanted to stay longer so I could do more reading whilst listening to the waves!

Marks place was lovely. It was clean and lovely and big. The rooms were a good size with comfy beds. The location is perfect with lots of walking nearby. Mark was a great, and responsive host. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Perfect! Spotlessly clean and fresh. Spacious and light yet so cosy. Fantastic views. Timed mood lighting/electric blinds/heating. Equiped to the highest standard. We needn't have brought anything with us as everything we could possibly have needed was provided. Mark is definitely a super host! Fresh milk/biscuits and prosecco such a thoughtful extra touch and so much appreciated. Perfect location. Out of the way enough to be peaceful yet a few steps away from a lovely cafe for breakfast and only a 5min walk to the left along the prom for a huge choice of bars and restaurants. In walking distance to the right you have Languard Fort and nature reserve. Something for everyone and for two middle aged women travelling alone, it felt so safe and secure. Honestly can't fault anything! I have stayed in a lot of Arbnb and this one tops the lot! We had the most wonderful girls weekend, enjoyed every minute, didn't want to leave and would love to return. Thank you so much Mark!

A beautiful house I would happily recommend. Nice decor and furnishings, comfy beds, and lots of space to relax in and spread out. Well situated very close to the beach and local amenities, including amusement arcades and shops. Only a mile to the town centre, with a variety of independent and chain stores. Mark was a great host, very proactive with information, and I'm confident that had we had any issues, he would have responded promptly, but our stay went very smoothly due to his preparation and clear communication. Also, the kitchen cupboards are well stocked with tea, coffee, condiments etc, and Mark kindly left us fresh milk and prosecco in the fridge, which were both very welcome. 5 stars

Lovely last minute stay! Beautiful house and surroundings! House has everything you could possibly need and more, lots of top 'gadgets' speakers, ninja air fryer etc! Very nice house

Lovely, quiet, modern home with a fantastic outlook over the ocean. Kitchen very well equipped, bedrooms spacious and quiet, parking for 2 cars and an easy stroll to the pier (10 minutes). Mark was a great host and we’d happily stay again in his lovely home.

This is a beautiful place. My family and their small child and babies stayed while they were visiting the area. Looks out on the sea, children's play park outside and an excellent cafe a few yards away. Parking for two cars and perfect in every way.Highly recommended.

Mark’s place is a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need and more. Excellent facilities, great onsite parking and a well equipped home. The house is very clean and tidy and hosts a lot of modern touches , great TVs throughout the home which is a welcomed touch to have TVs in bedrooms. Lovely complimentary goodies on arrival. Bedrooms and beds are very comfy and the stunning balcony doors on both front bedrooms are lovely to sit and look out from. All in all a great dog friendly home which we felt very comfortable in and will be staying again :)

Clearly mark takes hosting very seriously ....a lot of effort to make you feel at home with everything you'd want to have to hand plus nice additional touches such as 2 bottles of prosecco....one in the top bedroom fridge next to very pleasant balcony overlooking the sea. coffee machine great...and the sonos equipment ....everywhere ;) location is very handy for both felixstowe experiences....the busy child friendly bit....or the very sublime felixstowe ferry bit. would highly recommend. great value for money. oh.. and also parking at rear in allocated space a definate bonus.

this was a great place for me and my family to use as our base for two weeks while visiting Felixstowe. The property has great amenities and has a lovely seafront location. I hope to stay here again someday.

This was truly a “home from home” with absolutely everything , and I do mean everything, catered for. Unbelievably well stocked kitchen, every little thing you needed was there, from salt n pepper to pots pans and implements. Coffee maker, air fryer, microwave… the lot.
WiFi, TV, Steaming Channels soundbar and entertainment system.
And that Location…. Wow 🤩 literally yards from the beach, and local amenities.
In short, would we stay again……
In a heartbeat….
In fact we are already starting planning for next year.
Finally, and definitely not last but least, Mark is undoubtedly a “Superhost”, very responsive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
A real pleasure, a home from home, and an experience definitely to be repeated.

The location is unbeatable! We felt at home right away and although we were only there a few days we felt so rested and relaxed.

Exceptional property with quality furnishings and tech. Easy walk to pier with amusements, cafés, snack bars but far enough away for peace and quiet. Everything you need for your stay other than personal toiletries. Really enjoyed the outside space on 2nd floor. Great for evenings with a glass of wine watching the moon come up. Have no adverse comments.

My first stayed at mark’s house was in November this year with my friends and it was so lovely, homely, very clean and Mark made it special for us with the Christmas decorations put up for us.
I was so happy when I was able to book again for my self and my family in December and yet again mark did not disappoint.
It truly is a home from home . Nothing is too much for Mark and he is so happy to make your stay special for you. The welcome gifts are a lovely touch.

We spent 2 nights here in June. We had a great time, the accomodation has all the modern facilities you could wish for and is very comfortable and spacious. The sea views from the bedrooms are really nice and the option to sit on the balcony is an added bonus. Mark was very helpful and quick to respond. The cafe nearby is good for breakfast and lunch too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We were fortunate to check in a little earlier and appreciate the thoughtful gifts left. The house is perfect with lots of mod cons and home comforts. It also has a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea.
It was easy to find and walkable to the nature reserve and into the town to the pier and restaurants.

We've had a great bank holiday weekend At Sea You View. Mark was really great at communicating and very helpful and the house has everything you would ever need. Right on the beach front with a playground outside, it was perfect for the kids.

You Sea View was an amazing property, it had everything we could possibly think we needed and more!! Fantastic location, amazing views and perfect for our 3 generation family of 6. Parking and Garden were wonderful bonuses and the kitchen had everything we needed for a weeks break and so much more.

We were really looking forward to our holiday at Mark’s house. We love Felixstowe and Sea You View & Felixstowe did not disappoint.
The position is perfect, the decor and viewing areas were tasteful & thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms comfortable. We wanted for nothing. Very luxurious. And gifts of Prosecco chilling in the fridges, biscuits & milk in the kitchen. All the condiments, tea, coffee, electrical gadgets you could want to cook & be entertained. The fun & facilities of Felixstowe were the icing on the cake.
We are eager to return, the sooner the better.
I definitely recommend this beautiful town house for a great holiday experience.

Mark is definably a Super Host. The house was clean, tidy and well furnished, and felt like a home away from home, with some thoughtful treats provided too. Off-road secure parking was a big Plus, though the whole area outside is pleasant and safe anyway. Easy access to the promenade, beach and nearby services. Mark's house has all the modern high tech electrical conveniences, and particularly because there was only two of us in a home that sleeps six, it was pleasantly spacious.

The house was so comfortable, homely, situated in the beach, well equipped and Mark was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend anybody to stay here.

This was a terrific place to stay. Felixstowe is a secret gem, and the house is just a step away from the beach, with a nature reserve a short distance one way, and the entertainments of the town a similar distance the other way. And the lovely riverside villages on the Orwell are only a short drive away. The house itself is one of the best appointed we've been to: all the equipment you need, and a nice environment to use it in. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable. Mark also kept in touch frequently. We didn't have any issues, but it was nice to know that they could have been dealt with very quickly.

We have just returned from 4 nights at Sea You View. We were incredibly impressed with the home and it's location. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and clean. The home has TV's in every room with streaming services and board games/chess for those who want a non-screen style of entertainment. For families with young children you are literally metres from a playground outside the front door and they do not even need to cross a road to get there. Just a few metres beyond that is the promenade and the beach. Wi-fi was great, cooking facilities worked perfectly including air fryer and washing machine present also. All in all would thoroughly recommend.

The place is lovely and right on the beach-front so well placed to access local attractions, but the summer crowds were out in force only a few metres from the front of the property, late into the evening too, so it was noisier than expected.
Parking and access were easy, and the property is very well appointed, beautifully clean and has great amenities.

The house is right in between the commercial, entertainment area of town and the gorgeous nature reserve and - if you’re into it - the super interesting port. The sea view is superb - I loved waking up to it and then watching the ships and their lights at night. Really comfortable house with a good set up in terms of facilities, entertainment systems etc. Great for dogs, too. I am definitely going to go back. Mark is also super friendly and proactive with comms - felt looked after. Hard recommend as a base for Suffolk travels - although need to book taxis via Ipswich firms if you’re going far out of Felixstowe (e.g. to Southwold). Loved my holiday and have already recommended to friends and family.

We had a brilliant 3 generation holiday in Felixstowe in this lovely house. The location is fantastic - with sea views on every floor. A very short walk to the beach, ideal for swimming. A short walk to the shops, places to eat and the pier. The balcony at the top of the house is a great place to catch the morning sun, the seating outside the back door gets the afternoon sun. A comfortable, roomy house that is well equipped for cooking etc. Having two parking places is very helpful. Mark was very helpful with check in and check out information and responded very quickly.

Mark was a very responsive host and replied quickly to any queries we had. The property is in a fantastic location just a few metres from beach and a short walk into Folkestone town. The property is equipped to a high standard and has everything you could need for an enjoyable break.

Amazing location, right on the beach and with a huge play park for the kids right outside! The house is lovely, and just perfect for our weekend away. We’ve stayed in a fair few Air bnbs and Mark was probably the best communicator we’ve rented from. Also greatly appreciated the Prosecco and biscuits, very generous.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was lovely, in great position overlooking beach and sea.

There was also a great park area just a few metres away for the kiddies.

Just a short stroll to the left as you look out to sea you come across, fish and chip shops, coffee shops and a little further along amusements and the pier, everything we needed for our family stay 🤗

We used the BBQ at the house too which was great, the sun comes to the rear of the house late afternoon early evening, a real sun trap on the raised decking area 🌞🕶️👍 it had everything you may need here, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, pots pans, loads of crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, coffee machines to name a few 😳

Felt so at home here really didn’t want to leave, especially the gorgeous double en suite room at top of house with balcony looking out to sea, a glass of Prosecco, Thank you Mark and the sound of the sea what more do you need Bliss ☺️

We had a lovely few days at Mark's house. The location was great, and we loved the sea view. A few steps away from the front, and only a short walk to the attractions. The park out the front was noisy during the day, but that didn't bother us. Also, it was great to have the lovely Sea You restaurant next door. The house was very clean and spacious and came equipped with everything you could need, we particularly enjoyed watching films on the large tv with surround sound. The extra touches were appreciated, plenty of toilet rolls and cleaning products (things that have been lacking in other places we've stayed), milk, prosecco, coffee and biscuits. Mark was very helpful and responsive. One of best places we've stayed, would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this house! It’s directly overlooking the sea & as the tide doesn’t go very far out you can hear the sound of the waves from the house which was so soothing to fall asleep to. The balcony is a real sun trap in the morning & I loved spending time out there looking out to sea & watching the ships. It was great to have secure parking behind a gate, & actually the area as a whole felt very safe & friendly. Walked in to town one day which isn’t too far, took a walk in the opposite direction on another day through the nature reserve & to a lovely viewpoint where you can watch the big container ships come in. It was my first time in Felixstowe but definitely won’t be my last as I loved the place. I would recommend this air bnb as it is spacious, has amazing views, is very well appointed with good tech & WiFi, has a well equipped kitchen & is great to just park the car & relax as everything is in walkable distance. I will definitely be back! PS: thanks for the lovely Prosecco!

This is a very special place. Beautifully furnished, exceptional sound and TV set up. Facing the sea. Highly recommended.

I stayed here earlier this month for 3 nights with my husband and 80 year old parents and it was perfect. We chose it mainly for the location, view and 2 bathrooms but it offered so much more in terms of comfort and amenities, there was everything we could have wanted or needed and the kitchen was fully equipped with tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets etc so no need to bring your own.
The view was spectacular from the lounge and front bedrooms, great for watching the ferries and container ships. Plenty to do nearby without using the car, the cafe across the road was great for my mum and dad to visit and then have a short walk on the front without too much trouble now that they are not so mobile.
Lastly, Mark was a great, kind and considerate host. On arrival we found some very thoughtful treats including butter, milk, prosecco, all vegan. Mark had obviously noted this when I checked in advance if the bedding contained feathers, it didn't.

Marks property was perfect for a seaside holiday. Very well equipped. Mark is a great host and very responsive. offered us earlier check in and later out if we needed. The welcome biscuits, milk and Prosecco was a nice touch. The house and location is great. The top floor bedroom with en suite and balcony is a real treat. Lovely in the morning to see the sea and have a cup of tea. Mark also let us know about the vintage rally coming to town, which was well worth seeing.
